By accessing or using LEO AI Screening services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
LEO AI Screening provides an AI-powered patient screening tool designed to assist healthcare providers. The service includes AI-driven conversations, customized screening protocols, instant summaries, and data management features, subject to your chosen subscription plan.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA and GDPR, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your data and the privacy of patient information. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
While we implement robust security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and agree that LEO AI Screening is not liable for unauthorized access or data breaches beyond its reasonable control.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LEO AI Screening and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LEO AI Screening.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LEO AI Screening, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
LEO AI Screening is a tool to assist healthcare professionals and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for all medical decisions.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
